If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Cooling-Off Period
- 30-day Cooling-Off Period for all new distributors.
- Within 30 days of joining, you can cancel your agreement.
- Full refund for unsold, marketable products purchased during this period (subject to conditions).
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be returned within 30 days from invoice date.
- Must be unused, in original packaging, and seals intact.
- Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos/videos.
3. Refund Process
- Returned product will be inspected.
- Approval/Rejection notified via Email/SMS.
- Refund credited within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges & applicable taxes may be non-refundable.
4. Product Exchange
If you receive a defective product, contact support for replacement
(subject to stock availability).

6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
